What happened?
So that the search engine can always deliver the current offers to customers, the product portfolio updates itself automatically at night and accesses the interfaces of the sales partners to import the new data. This requires a perfect access to the required data.

How could such a mistake happen?
One of the top trading partners made changes to its connection data, meaning that the interface for a product import was given a new route. As result, on the side of our customer, current products were no longer imported correctly. If this error had not been reported in a timely manner by TESTIFY's regular and daily tests, users would have found an empty product page in the search engine and would have left the site accordingly unhappy. Such errors can damage a company's image in the long run, lower user satisfaction but also affect SEO ranking.
